VoiceObjects Server, a phone application server and the flagship product within VoiceObjects, is designed to reduce the complexity of deploying and managing adaptive self-service phone portals for enterprises.
The Server includes a personalization engine, application robustness and scalability features, enterprise data integration support and a tight integration to the analytics datastore, called Infostore. Applications executed and managed by VoiceObjects Server can be developed using VoiceObjects’ service creation environment or using a third-party development environment.
VoiceObjects provides two versions of its phone application server to meet enterprise and carrier needs. VoiceObjects Server is for enterprises and VoiceObjects Server - Network Edition, a phone application server platform for multi-tenanted, highly scalable managed services deployments at carriers or for enterprises with requiring separate deployments managed within a single infrastructure.
