Proof of Concept Consulting Package

The VoiceTrial Consulting Package is designed to provide clients who are planning to build or update an IVR application with a working voice application prototype. Using VoiceObjects, a representative range of functionality is designed and implemented within four to six weeks by a team of experts on VUI (Voice User Interface) design, dialog implementation, and back-end integration. The resulting prototype is a fully functional, high-quality voice application with professional audio prompts that is "ready to show" via telephone.

The VoiceTrial package covers all phases of a voice application project, from the requirements review and application design to prototype development in a condensed form. User acceptance rates of the application's voice user interface and functionality are optionally measured in a friendly-user test that is conducted based on the resulting prototype.

Through the VoiceTrial VUI design and prototype development, many of the critical success factors of an IVR project are addressed. The deliverables of this consulting package represent a sound basis for a subsequent implementation phase. Moreover, customers gain valuable insight into the usage of VoiceObjects 6 in a configuration similar to the planned deployment configuration.
