The telephone survey package
The VoiceSurvey package offers a fully automated telephone survey as a turn-key solution, including planning, implementation and hosted operation. Applications that can be implemented include call center quality checks, market research studies, and public-opinion polls.
The exact questions of the Voice Survey are determined together with the customer in a half-day workshop. The Survey is implemented by VoiceObjects Professional Services as a professional, state-of the-art voice application, with caller input via speech and professionally recorded prompts. Each survey consists of questions of different types, such as open questions, statement batteries, supported questions, and precoded questions.
The survey voice application is hosted by VoiceObjects during a four-week period, and is available via phone on a landline number, such that, for example, call center agents may re-direct calls to the VoiceSurvey application. Only inbound calls are supported.
During the operation period, the customer has online access to a web interface that allows for interactive generation of statistical reports on the callers’ answers, including extensive drill-down and filtering mechanisms. At the end of that period, VoiceObjects presents and discusses the VoiceSurvey results in a final workshop.
