This course teaches participants how to use Infostore and VoiceObjects Analyzer, powerful, real-time data collecting, reporting and analysis solutions. The first training day provides a solid introduction to Infostore, the system logging repository of VoiceObjects Server. Instruction includes an explanation of the Infostore data model at all levels, from call data to module data to input states and recordings. You’ll also learn how to import and integrate external data from sources such as custom logging or CRM systems.
During the second training day, you’ll learn how to analyze these data and how to produce reports using Analyzer. Instruction includes an introduction to Analyzer standard reports, as well as to customization and creation of your own individual reports when you use the underlying business intelligence tool.
Infostore can also be attended as a one-day stand-alone course, but is required before attending the Analyzer day. |
