Beatriz V. Infante, President and Chief Executive Officer
Beatriz Infante is a seasoned executive who brings more than 25 years of experience in building profitable market-leading businesses, with expertise in enterprise software, infrastructure, and communications. Most recently, Beatriz was Chairman, President, and CEO of Aspect Communications, which she led to revenues of nearly $600M/year, and also raised $50M in private equity financing. Prior to that, she was SVP of Oracle’s Application Server division, growing license revenue to $40M+ and winning numerous product awards, and she was also responsible for Oracle’s open systems business units, managing 50% revenue growth to $1.1B, Beatriz has held senior leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, Momenta, and Taligent. Beatriz sits on the board of directors at Netli, a dynamic applications hosting company, on the board of directors of Joint Venture Silicon Valley Network and on the advisory board of Princeton University’s School of Engineering. She holds engineering and computer science degrees from Princeton University and California Institute of Technology.
Michael Codini, Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director EMEA
As a founder of VoiceObjects, Michael is responsible for defining the company’s technology vision and strategy. Prior to joining VoiceObjects, Michael Codini lead the consulting organization for MicroStrategy Germany and later coordinated the development effort as Senior Program Manager for MicroStrategy’s Intelligence Server, their flagship product in business analytics. Michael also held positions in IBM’s Data Warehouse group. He has received a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
Kendra Borrego, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Offier, Kendra Borrego leads financial, legal and administrative functions of VoiceObjects. Prior to her current role, Kendra was the CFO of IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc. in Mountain View, a leading provider of information technology solutions for cancer care. During her tenure as CFO at IMPAC, she completed a successful IPO, secondary offering, led several M&A initiatives and was instrumental in the company’s international expansion efforts. Prior to her position as CFO, Ms. Borrego served as IMPAC’s Director of Finance and also as Controller. Kendra holds an M.B.A. from San Jose State University and a B.S. degree in business from the University of Nevada.
Bonnie Crater, Senior Vice President Marketing
Bonnie Crater is Senior Vice President of Marketing for VoiceObjects, responsible for guiding and executing VoiceObjects marketing strategies. Prior to joining VoiceObjects, Bonnie was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Salesforce.com's Service and Support Business Unit, driving the company's newest on-demand application business for customer service and support operations. Bonnie also held VP and SVP marketing roles at Genesys, Netscape, Network Computer Inc. and Stratify. A ten-year veteran of Oracle Corporation and its various subsidiaries, Bonnie was Vice President, Compaq Products Division and Vice President, Workgroup Products Division. More recently, Bonnie was President and CEO of Zelerate, a provider of open source e-commerce solutions. In 2000, Crater was named one of the Top 20 Female Executives in Silicon Valley by San Jose Magazine. Ms. Crater holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Princeton University.
Jim Madden, Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Leading VoiceObjects Americas Sales, Jim Madden brings a successful 20 year track record as a sales executive in the telecommunications and contact center markets. Jim was vice president of service provider sales for Nuance, where he was responsible for the partner channels including carriers, application service providers, and managed service operators in North America and Latin America. Prior to that Jim was vice president of worldwide channels and telecommunications sales at SpeechWorks where he closed one of the largest deals in the company’s history. Jim has also served as CEO at Cycore and held other executive positions at COM2001 and Applied Voice Technology. Most recently, Jim headed global sales at Five9, an on-demand call center solutions company.
Stefan Besling, Vice President Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Stefan Besling provides leadership for VoiceObjects’ software development team and is responsible for delivering product releases. Prior to joining VoiceObjects, Stefan worked in Silicon Valley for a number of years first as co-founder of a Philips Electronics spin-off focused on voice-controlled multimodal applications for mobile devices and then as Director Voice Applications for YY Technologies, a company providing a Web and email-based self service platform. Stefan has a background in speech recognition technology and held development and research roles at Philips Speech Processing and Philips Research.
Robert Kast, Vice President Global Services
As the vice president of Global Services, Robert Kast is responsible for professional services, technical support and training worldwide. Prior to joining VoiceObjects, Robert was a consulting manager at Accenture where he successfully managed projects for top customers in the financial services industry with focus on call center, CRM, and process optimization. Additional fields of activity were Internet security, quality assurance and technical architecture. Robert received his master degree in electrical engineering with focus on communications technology from the University in Dortmund in 1996.
Peter Schunck, Senior Director Global Operations and Managing Director EMEA
As the Managing Director EMEA and Senior Director Global Operations, Peter Schunck is responsible for the EMEA business and the sales operations worldwide. Prior joining VoiceObjects in 2004, Peter held the role of Director Controlling at PiroNet NDH AG, where he managed the overall financial and sales controls, planning, reporting and other special projects such as SAP project management and acquisitions integration. In 2004, he was member of the supervisory board of mcrl AG. Prior to that, Peter Schunck held management roles in Professional Services for ERP at Geac Enterprise Solutions. Peter Schunck received his business graduate degree from the University Cologne in 1995.
