London, 10 August, 2005 – Sabio, the innovative contact centre services and solutions company, has extended its Voice Self-service Practice capability through a partnership with VoiceObjects, the global leader in the provision of Voice Application Management Systems (VAMS). Sabio’s Voice Self-service Practice is focused on developing innovative caller-focused, voice-driven applications, and will use VoiceObjects’ leading Voice Application Management System to support the delivery of its user-centred, high performance speech applications.

Sabio’s combination of extensive speech design experience, business integration and technical skills means its Voice Self-service Practice is ideally placed to design and implement speech solutions for organisations of all sizes. The company integrates all the key skills, systems and applications needed for effective speech solutions deployment. The use of VoiceObjects’ solutions will enhance Sabio’s capabilities in voice user interface design, persona/branding consultancy, back-end systems integration and CTI and ACD integration. It also provides an assessment of speech solutions’ impact on call volumes and agent requirements.

“Sabio is clearly a UK leader in the provision of innovative contact centre solutions, and we’re delighted that it has decided to add our powerful VoiceObjects X5 platform to its voice self-service portfolio,” commented Markus Mueller, VoiceObjects’ UK Managing Director. “With more and more consumers becoming accustomed to using automated voice self-service, there’s a growing demand for more advanced, high quality and highly scalable managed voice applications. Using VoiceObjects will help Sabio’s Voice Self-service Practice to address this exciting opportunity.”

“Effective applications management plays an important role in the development of our voice and self-service solutions, and VoiceObjects’ technology will particularly help us to optimise our expertise in the design and implementation of our user-centred, high performance speech applications,” added Peter Galloway, Head of Sabio’s Voice Self-service Practice. “We selected VoiceObjects X5 after an extensive controlled evaluation of the leading application management systems, and are delighted to add it to our voice self-service product offering.

“Working with VoiceObjects X5 will help us to create, test, deploy and analyse complex voice application services through a single, tightly-integrated development environment. This will ensure that the Sabio Voice Self-service Practice can address customer requirements both quickly and cost-effectively,” he continued.
