VoiceObjects Establishes Partnership with Datapoint to Leverage Voice-XML in Delivering Personalized Phone Self-Service Solutions

San Mateo, Calif. and Madrid, Spain, May 19, 2008 - VoiceObjects Inc., the personalized phone self-service company, today announced a partnership with Datapoint a leading provider of optimization and performance improvement solutions for contact centers. Under the agreement, the two companies will expand and improve process automation solutions for customer service applications.

By leveraging the VoiceObjects VoiceXML-based phone application server, Datapoint will be able to quickly, and efficiently deliver self-service phone solutions that enable organizations to personalize each caller’s experience, integrate phone self-service into comprehensive strategies for improving the customer experience and manage the complexity of sophisticated phone applications.

Using VoiceObjects, Datapoint will reduce the time to market for while establishing platform independence for its customers. In addition to developing new self-service solutions, the partnership also eases ongoing support and management of the applications.
