D+S solutions Selects VoiceObjects for Telco Portal Suite

Leading Customer Service Solutions Provider to Complement Custom Offerings with Modular, Productized Customer Service Software

COLOGNE, GERMANY and SAN MATEO, CALIF., Jul. 24, 2007 – D+S solutions, Germany’s leading provider of customer service solutions, and VoiceObjects, the leading provider of adaptive self-service phone portals, today announced that D+S solutions has introduced Telco Portal Suite, an innovative product that incorporates VoiceObjects’ phone application server software. Telco Portal Suite provides modular, automated services, such as authentication, product activation, account information, location-based services, and even FAQ services, over the phone. The new product enables carriers, service providers, cable companies, and others to offer world-class customer support in their customer service centers, complementing live-agent support with automated customer self-service. The Telco Portal Suite application is delivered as a hosted service and is priced on a pay-per-use basis.
