Dear VoiceObjects Customers, Partners, and Friends:
As the world's leading phone server application company, VoiceObjects is paving the way for personalized phone systems that increase customer satisfaction, cut costs and build loyalty — across companies, industries, and continents. In this first of regular quarterly updates, I'm proud to share with you advances in several key areas such as new product announcements, customer acquisitions and partner agreements that clearly show the broad appeal and use of VoiceObjects products.
First, our performance capitalizes on our summer release of VoiceObjects 6, the world's first phone application server. It is already transforming the way companies deploy, manage, and analyze their caller-driven phone applications — as demonstrated by the successful launch of Deutsche Telekom's new 800-port voice portal. In addition to the release of our flagship server product and successful new deployments, VoiceObjects has secured $10.8M in venture capital, enhanced its board and executive teams, and revealed the results of our recent survey confirming growing demand for personalized phone systems. These achievements coincide with the addition of exciting new customers and partners.
New Customers: Telecom Leaders & Consumer Goods Legend
VoiceObjects has secured three new mobile carriers as customers, on the strength of our product, our management team and our reputation. The mobile phone service leaders we added to our portfolio — O2, PTC Era, and Orange — all look to VoiceObjects to drive superior customer service among their burgeoning user bases or to advance new phone-based services to their customers. UK's mobile phone giant, O2, with more than 30M fixed and wireless customers in the UK, Ireland and Europe, added 800,000 new mobile customers in the first months of 2006 alone. Poland's PTC Era supports over 9M users. And UK-based Sabio selected VoiceObjects as the technology foundation for a new phone-based service from Orange, France Telecom's mobile brand, to support its customers in the UK..The companies' call center availability and quality are paramount to their expansion strategies. All these companies see the edge VoiceObjects gives them: personalization of voice portals to drive customer adoption, satisfaction and cost savings, as well as support for rich sensory experiences and full-throttle data exchange over 3G networks.
VoiceObjects products can be used in a variety of ways, not just the customer service environment. Kellogg's, the world's leading producer of cereal and a leading producer of convenience foods, will use time and attendance management systems powered by VoiceObjects. With $10B in sales last year, Kellogg Company employs more than 25,000 people and manufactures in 17 countries. Managing production with large numbers of employees can be challenging and expensive, and Kellogg's will use VoiceObjects in a new phone-based application to allow employees to report time and attendance information over the phone.
Strategic Partnerships: Cognos & Unisys
Integrating unique analytics and voice capabilities, VoiceObjects has also entered into a value-added reseller partnership with Cognos, the global leader for business intelligence and corporate performance management systems. VoiceObjects has agreed to build an interface which allows customers to use Cognos to analyze dialog data in order to zero in on problem dialogs, identify caller patterns, and leverage this information to enhance caller-driven phone applications.
VoiceObjects has forged a new strategic partnership with Unisys Corp, a technology services and solutions company that works with clients to achieve secure business operations. Under the agreement, Unisys will integrate VoiceObjects 6 phone application server technology into its next-generation messaging solutions, which can include advanced messaging, visual voicemail and other applications demanded by Unisys' telecommunications customers.
Our achievements this quarter affirm our business strategy, and VoiceObjects continues to develop and provide product lines critical to the business needs of our customers, current and future. I look forward to sharing our upcoming successes with you.
Sincerely,

Beatriz V. Infante
President and CEO
